Procedure, effects & risks
Mesotherapy (Mesolift)
Mesotherapy (also known as Mesolift) is a gentle, versatile treatment method that is becoming increasingly popular. In skin rejuvenation, the method can achieve a significant tightening effect on ageing tissue and smooth fine lines on the face, neck or décolletage. Improved blood circulation and hydration are also among the achievable goals of mesotherapy.
After one session, as much collagen is formed as the body would normally produce in a year.
Medical and cosmetic mesotherapy
It is essential to point out that there is a significant difference between medical and cosmetic applications of mesotherapy. This difference lies not only in the type of substance applied but also in the precise depth of application.
We use three different systems.
1. Medical needling (Dermapen)
This gentle procedure is characterised by a particularly deep effect for a vital complexion. Oscillating needle technology using the Dermapen creates micro-injuries in the deep layers of the skin, triggering the release of growth factors.
2. Aquagold
A patented microneedle mesotherapy delivery system capable of delivering a desired amount of an active ingredient or bioactive substance directly beneath the dermis. With 20 microneedles, it works at a constant depth over a large surface area and is relatively painless. This new device uses patented microchannel technology to supply the skin with bioactive compounds more effectively than conventional systems.
3. U225 meso-injector (mesogun)
The U225 is the only injector that works automatically with an electro-pneumatic drive. Thanks to its high injection speed (up to 300 injection points per minute), the treatment is almost painless for the patient. The U225 can be used for treatments on the face, neck, décolletage and scalp, and of course also for lipolysis treatment on the body.
How it works
With all three systems, natural regeneration processes subsequently take place, with the formation of collagen and elastin that restores the skin's elasticity and firmness. These regeneration processes remain active for weeks and ensure lasting skin improvement.
During mesotherapy, the skin is particularly receptive to regenerating active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins or PRP (platelet-rich plasma, autologous plasma).
