2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or marketing services (for the Google Maps map see section 6). Fonts and code libraries are served from our own server – no data is sent to Google Fonts or other third parties. We only keep your language choice and your selections from the body map and skin quiz in your browser's local/session storage so these features work (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). This information does not leave your device.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or via the enquiry form, we process your details (e.g. name, contact details, request) solely to handle your enquiry and arrange appointments (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The enquiry form does not send data to our server; it opens your own email program with a pre-filled message. Information about desired treatments may be health data; we process it on the basis of your consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

5. WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta), which may involve a transfer to the USA. Please do not send sensitive health data via WhatsApp – we are happy to discuss details in person.

6. Google Maps

Our home page and contact page embed a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) so that you can find our practice easily. When you open these pages, a connection to Google is established; your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google, possibly also to servers in the USA (EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Google may set cookies. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting our location in an easy-to-find way (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy

7. Retention

We delete your enquiry data as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. 10 years for medical records under § 630f BGB).

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner, Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden.
